1965 skateboard movie: Skaterdater
I first watched this movie at the picture theatre in 1966 when I was 7 years old. (Sydney Australia) It was the opening flick before the feature and it stuck in my head my whole life. I never knew what it was called but it had a huge influence on me. I have never been able to find it until now 42 years later. (Thanks to the internet) After watching it as an old man I wondered if I could perform the (laydown and go under a truck) trick as a 49 year old. OK so call me stupid. I gave it a go and after a couple of mishaps I managed to lay down and get up again. (Minus the truck) Good enough for me I reckon.
